We now supply staff throughout these regions as well as across the UK for Facilities Management Companies, Universities and Purpose Built Student Accommodation.

Verve has proudly been the staffing partner of the University of Chester since 2017. As staffing partner with the University of Chester we supply upwards of 60 staff per day across a variety of roles including Cleaners, Stock Room Attendants, Domestic Service Assistants and many more. During the summer with numerous events and the requirements to deep clean the student accommodation this number can increase to over 100 per day.
With the growth of Verve into new areas of the country and the increase of our reputation we now also assist with facility staffing to Manchester Metropolitan University, the University of Liverpool and numerous schools across the North West and Midlands.
Verve works with a number of Stadiums across the UK supplying a clean down service after events. Using our network of highly trained staff Verve partnered with OCS to provide the night-time clean down after the 15 concerts held at the Etihad Stadium over the summer of 2019 to prepare the venue for the events the next day.
Verves work with Arena’s & Conference Centres on the facilities side of the business has meant we often provided 24/7 during the Christmas & Conference season to make sure the venues have the right clean down and setup service needed.
There is no hiding that the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020 has changed the landscape of how we go about our daily business. In response to this Verve has introduced new services and training using our innovative online training and new socially distanced inhouse training to ensure all staff are fully COVID compliant.
With Touch Point Cleaning our staff are trained to know and clean all the high traffic areas that are most likely to be contaminated.
Our Antibacterial Fogging Service uses EU made and compliant machines with BSEN1276 approved solution that can be used for decontaminating viral outbreaks and as a preventative measure to reduce the risk of infectious disease outbreak.
The PBSA sector is a thriving business in the UK and Verve has been part of the summer deep cleans across the country. Verves cleaning staff are specifically trained to operate within the sector and tackle the industry specific challenges that Student Accommodators provide, the main being high volume turnarounds within a short time period.
Verve has created a network of highly trained staff that assisted numerous operations for major FMC’s such as OCS and ISS using our innovative online training platform to make sure they can effortlessly transition into the team to ensure standards are met. In our collaboration with ISS we have supplemented their requirements across multiple sites using the GRI platform.
With our dedicated Live Events team V-Live we have the expertise to work with our clients in staffing any event at any location.
Verve have supplied all levels of staffing for Festival & Event staffing including litter picking, toilet attendants, cleaners, stewards and car park attendants having 100+ staff at any event. For all major bookings a member of our team will be onsite to ensure a smooth operation with the Verve staff.

Our bespoke recruitment software is designed to cover all the requirements of pre-vetting, experience capture, automatic referencing and allows Verve to access all required accreditation information. With this software being owned and developed by Verve we can quickly react to update our software due to new legislation and client requirements.

We achieve this by using traditional hands on classroom training in our dedicated training centres and using the latest technology, that delivers a continuously evolving learning and development solution tailored to each clients needs.
Designed for our staff to understand the importance of following company procedures such as confirming shift details the day before, arriving 30 minutes early and communicate efficiently any absence in order to allow us to guarantee that a shift is always covered. We also provide our staff with a handbook with all the instructions regarding to our rules and procedures to make sure they are fully aware of them before starting their employment.
A module developed to stress the importance of customer care and how our staff must adapt themselves to different environments. We emphasise on the meaning of customer service to an organisation, the prominence of the customer as the centre of everything we do and the benefits of customer service, particularly when we exceed expectations.
Because we want our staff to work safe to protect themselves and our client’s customers, we dedicate a session to inform on the risks and how to avoid them to guarantee the health and safety of everyone present at every venue. We also develop this part in our handbook.
A little but essential part of our basic training. Because our staff represent Verve and our clients, we must ensure they always are punctual, look spotless and behave with the right attitude and confidence showing a good body language and communicating efficiently.
